THE Perkin Warbeck rebellion of the late 15th Century was brought back to life in front of 500 visitors in Taunton on Saturday (June 9).
In 1497, Perkin Warbeck led an army of rebels from Cornwall in an attempt to steal the throne from Henry VII.
History group Plantagenet re-enacted the scene where Warbeck was dragged back to Taunton and brought before Henry at Taunton Castle.
