PLYMKIDS, a Plympton-based children's theatre company, has been enjoying a highly successful week performing as the choir for Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at the Theatre Royal, Plymouth.
Some 40 primary and junior school children from Plymouth and Cornwall took part in two productions a day.
Tim Leist, from the Theatre Royal, said they 'had done very well', while Plymkids' founder Jo Stewart commented: 'They were brilliant - they worked so hard.'
Mrs Stewart founded Plym-kids four years ago as a youth amateur dramatics group.
She said: 'We thought we would start up this club as an affordable way for kids to get on stage, and we now have about 280 members.'
