MORE than 500 people sat down to splendid lunch at East Huntspill Harvest Home - a tradition that has taken place in the village for about 120 years.
Harvest home is a tradition that started before church services were held to mark the harvest.
Farmers would take a ploughman's and a jug of cider out to their labourers as a thankyou for their hard work throughout the year.
