HEARTBROKEN Alison Pendry of North Newton is fundraising to find a caure for a killer disease that took her father's life just six days after he was diagnosed with it.
Mother-of-two Alison, 35, watched as her father Patrick O'Leary died an agonising death from mesothelioma, which was most likely caused by inhaling asbestos fibres when he worked as a plumber in the 1950s.
