A Bridgwater publican is demanding a full investigation after he was pulled over for not wearing a seatbelt - and then had to endure 24 hours locked in a cell.
Trevor Symons, who owns The Withycutter, was stopped by Bridgwater officers last Thursday morning for the minor mistermeanor, only to be told there had been a warrant for his arrest in Barnstaple.
