A BRIDGWATER war veteran is calling for peace at nighttime because his retired neighbours feel "frightened to death" by drunken yobs.
Thomas Gilbert thought he could rest peacefully at his retirement home but drunken youths returning from town centre nightspots are making Friarn Street comparable to his stint in the army "living in Belfast".
