FORTY-ONE jobs are being cut at the BFF Technical Fabrics factory in Bridgwater after inflated energy prices saw the company's power bill rise by 70 per cent in a year.
A combination of managerial and manufacturing posts will go after a tough 12 months at the Bath Road site.
MD David lamb said the company had put money aside for forcasted price increases, but nothing on this scale could have been catered for.
