This week, after a horrific defeat in the Southern League Premier division by Cirencester, Tiverton Town dominated the Devon (St. Luke's) Bowl quarter-final against Elmore, winning 8-0.
The Elmore match, on Tuesday night, was widely billed as a mis-match, as it saw the Yellows take on the team at the bottom of the Toolstation League's first division.
Against Cirencester, however, the Yellows were less than convincing, with manager Martyn Rogers describing their performance as "abysmal".
Tomorrow (Saturday), Tiverton will travel to Bedford Town in need of points to keep up their push for promotion. Elmore will host Portishead, kick off 3pm.
