Taunton Town have signed former Wellington striker Alexis Piper.
The Taunton-based front man left Wellington for Ilfracombe, coached by ex-Wellington boss Dave Sheehan, in December following a suspension to striker Lee Langmead.
Since Langmead's return, Piper, who scored four goals for the North Devon club, has been left on the bench.
"Alex was desperate to join us," said Taunton manager Gary Domone. "I'm delighted to get him because he will give us another option up front.
"He's a player I've admired for a long time. He is very quick and will run his socks off for us."
