COUNCILLOR Jefferson Horsley will be installed as Taunton Deane Mayor at Queen’s College, Taunton, at 6.30pm on Tuesday, May 13, replacing Cllr Bob Bowrah.
It forms part of Taunton Deane Council’s annual council meeting, when the leader of the council for the coming year will be elected.
The annual civic dinner dance takes place at Oake Manor Golf Club on Friday, May 14, while a civic service is being held at St James Church, Taunton, at 10.30am on Sunday, May 16.
