CHILDREN at Dunster First School used their creative skills to help promote ethical trading at a Fairtrade Fashion Show.
The pupils designed and decorated a t-Shirt to promote Fairtrade before showing off their designs at a fashion show at Dunster Tithe Barn.
The children showed off their designs as they walked down a cat walk, complete with lights and music.
The show, marking Fairtrade Fortnight, was watched by an audience including parents and villagers.
Headteacher Peter Hoyland said: “Everyone who took part or came along had a wonderful time.
“The children have all worked really hard on designing their Fairtrade t-Shirts and what better way to show them off than at a fashion show.
“I would like to thank and congratulate the School Council for all of their hard work in planning and organising such a wonderful event.”
A short presentation was given by the School Council who promote Fairtrade in the school and community.
They are aiming to achieve Fairtrade School status.
