CURIOUS pupils at Wellington School reception became palaeontologists for the day last week.

The youngsters took to Charmouth beach, Dorset to hunt for fossils and for a lesson in cliff safety.

A group of 19 children then made their way to a dinosaur museum in Lyme Regis to explore various exhibits.
