A PRIMARY school is preparing to welcome a group of cycling actors as part of a learning project.
St Andrew’s Primary School in Taunton will host members of the Otesha project today (September 12).
The cycling theatre troupe is coming to Taunton as part of an epic two-wheeled adventure through the west.
The team will wow schools and festivals along their route, running creative, hands-on workshops and performing the Otesha play.
In the past the tour has inspired initiatives to make schools greener and fairer, and shared learnings from inspiring places such as organic farms and permaculture projects that they visit along the way.
Tour co-ordinator Calu Lema said: “It is for young people who have a thirst for adventure and are up for learning new skills.”
