Range cooker fire in Wellington
TWO fire engines from Wellington were called out earlier today to deal with a fire in a range cooker.
The alarm was raised just before midday to a property in Wellington Hill, Wellington, and officers found the fire out on arrival.
But the property was smoke logged and crews ventilated the building.
An elderly occupant suffered from smoke inhalation and was treated by paramedics.
