COMMUTERS and motorists on the school run are being warned they might have to cope with foggy conditions this morning.
The MetOffice has issued a yellow warning - advising people to be aware - for between 2am and 10am.
A MetOffice spokesman said: "Fog patches are expected to develop overnight and may become more widespread towards dawn.
"Fog may be slow to clear through the morning. Longer journey times and hazardous driving conditions are possible."
The chief forecaster said not everywhere in the region will experience fog, but where it does form, visibility could drop below 100 metres, most likely in low lying areas and valleys.
