A QUEEN'S College Junior School pupil is set to star on TV this Christmas.
Olivia Higdon, 8, will appear in Eric, Ernie and Me which is being screened on BBC 4 on Thursday, December 29, at 9pm.
The one-off comedy drama tells the story of Morecambe and Wise scriptwriter Eddie Braben and stars Stephen Tompkinson, who is known for roles in Wild at Heart and DCI Banks.
Olivia attended a casting in Bristol with numerous other children and was chosen to play Eddie Braben’s older daughter.
Olivia’s scenes took four days to film in and around Bristol.

Proud mum, Davina, said: “We are all so very proud of Olivia, she has done such an amazing job and takes everything in her stride. She is not fazed at all on set or with her dance commitments and has kept up her wonderful work at school. To top it all off, she is an exceptionally kind, caring, lovely girl.”
Olivia has appeared in a number of Queen’s productions including The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe.
In the summer, she was selected to dance for the professional dance company, South West Theatre Ballet and will be performing with them in Beauty and the Beast in November, 2018
She has also danced with the Vienna Festival Ballet, the English National Ballet and the Birmingham Royal Ballet.
