THREE people escaped with minor injuries after a multi-vehicle crash in Taunton. 

Firefighters from Taunton were called to Chritchard Way just before 9am today (February 2) after receiving reports that a smoke was coming out of a vehicle after a crash. 

One fire engine from Taunton was sent to the scene by fire control who also contacted the police and ambulance service. 

When firefighters arrived, the officer in charge confirmed that there had been a crash involving three vehicles and that there were three walking wounded casualties. 

 Crews quickly got to work make the vehicles safe using small tools.

The incident was left safe and in the hand of the police.
