Rough sleepers will be offered a roof over their heads during cold snap
ANYONE sleeping rough in Taunton Deane will be offered immediate accommodation during the extreme cold snap.
Taunton Association for the Homeless has tweeted to say Taunton Deane Borough Council has brought in its emergency cold and severe weather provision policy.
The tweet reads: COLD WEATHER PROVISION* We know many people are concerned about the cold weather and seeing people sleeping rough.
"Taunton Deae have called their Cold and Severe Weather Provision, meaning all found to be rough sleeping are offered emergency IMMEDIATE accommodation."
