Scope will welcome people from 9am on Wednesday (December 2) to its new premises in North Street.
It is taking on the former Steamer Trading Cookshop building that has been empty for almost two years.
Scope has been selling second hand items from a shop in Bridge Street next to the former Poundstretcher store, which has been empty since August.
The ground floor retail area of those premises beside the River Tone are being marketed to let.
