MY name is Susan Scoffin and I graduated from Bishop Fox’s Girls' Grammar School in 1976.
I had moved to Taunton from Canada and returned to Canada upon graduating and have lived here ever since.
While I had great intentions of staying in touch with my classmates, alas, life, as it often does, got in the way.
I am visiting Taunton in September with my grown daughter and would love to connect with class members who may remember me.
I have a younger sister named Ann. My dad, Floyd, used to work at Stansell’s as a wood machinist and my mom worked at Wessex Textiles.
We lived on Greenbrook Terrace. As a teen I worked at British Home Stores.
Below is a list, names are in no particular order, of class members I remember, and apologies for those I may have left out.
Loise Webb, Sarah Wiltshire (older sister Nicola), Sarah Lothian, Meeka Madan (younger sister Ira, dad was a dentist), Pauline Coombes, Susan (Sue) Dickinson, Jillian Hayes, Rachel Widger, Susan Poole, Julia Palmer (dancer) and Caroyln Chapman (dancer).
