Dear Sir,
Well done, Taunton Town Council, for deciding not to waste £500k on a new Goodlands Gardens footbridge.
But why the obsession with spending the money saved?
That money could be returned to the town council taxpayers in the form of a reduced council tax precept next year.
A novel idea, I appreciate, but surely a change worth voting for?
