TEENAGED midfielder Matt Beadle scored twice as Taunton Town continued their promotion push with a 2-0 victory at home to Oxford City in Division One (S&W) of the British Gas Business Southern League on Saturday.
Beadle scored with a spectacular effort on three minutes and doubled the advantage from the penalty spot just past the half hour mark after Matt Prosser had been fouled.
The win moves Taunton back up to second where they trail Bashley by eight points having played the same number of games.
