TAUNTON Town missed out on a place in the BGB Southern League Premier Division after going down 2-0 at Swindon Supermarine in Saturday's Division one (S&W) play-off final.
Second half goals from Luke Gullick and substitute David Stroud saw the hosts to victory and promotion.
For Taunton it means a disappointing end to a great season which they began as one of the favourites for relegation.
