Regional League 1
Galmington 57, Team Bath A 54

GALMINGTON inflicted the first defeat on league leaders Team Bath A, clinching a nail-biting game at Vale on Sunday.

The girls put on a determined performance with strong end-to-end netball.

Galmington held their nerve to see the game out and finished 60 minutes three goals up.

Regional League 2
Trident 58, Titans 49

TRIDENT took the scalp of second-placed Titans after drawing the opening quarter and dominating the third.

Opposition’s player was Jordyn Baker who once again dominated the circle but was supported well by GS Nicky Towell who put away those long bombs at crucial times.

Whole court defence was awesome with the defensive back trio disrupting the Titans’ formidable GS who put away her shots for fun.

Player of the match Sharon Chester did her best to stop the attacking flow of Titans and ensure Trident’s third win in three weeks.

TONE dominated throughout the game, the defence of Ria and Nic giving Sharks shooters very few opportunities, turning over the ball with many rebounds and interceptions.

Kim, Meg and Freya turned over passes throughout and converted the ball very well from defence to attack, with some lovely feeds to goal.
