WHEELCHAIR racer Jamie Edwards has won a silver medal in the 800m at the CP (Cerebral Palsy) World Games in San Cugat, in Spain.
Eighteen-year-old Edwards, from Taunton, was representing England and taking on the world's top racers in his class.
He has also just completed a BTEC Extended Diploma in IT at Richard Huish, where he gained Triple Distinction.
Because of this, training had been on the back burner until a month ago.
Edwards is now hoping to focus on training with his club, Weir Archer Academy, in Kingston-upon-Thames.
