TAUNTON Titans made it four wins from four by beating traditional bogey team Henley Hawks last weekend, but their unbeaten start to the National 2 South season will be sorely tested tomorrow (ko 3pm).

Tonbridge Juddians, who also won all of their league games in September, are the hosts and – according to Taunton head coach Tony Yapp – the favourites to take the points on Saturday.

“We’ll go up there with the underdog tag I think, but we’ll get stuck in and see what happens,” he said.

“We’re under no illusions, it’s going to be really tough, but I think whoever wins the league this year will lose three, four or five games, and it does not get any tougher than Tonbridge away.

“We’ll prepare well, give it our best shot, and if we can get something out of next week then it will be game on.”

The Titans are without back row forward Julian Salvi, who misses out due to Exeter Chiefs commitments, but they do welcome back Dan Lee and Tom Popham.

Fly-half Lewis Webb also starts, having come off with a cut to the head in the Henley clash, but winger Jack Arnott (groin injury) misses out.

The full Taunton Titans team to play Tonbridge Juddians is as follows:

Connor Baker, Alex Spurdle, Isaac Dalton, Cory Teague, Barrie-John Chapman, Charlie Williams, Ratu Vakalutukali, Dan Lee, James Tait, Lewis Webb, Freddie Fraser, Tom Popham, Nick Mason, Oli Down, Gary Kingdom.
Replacements: George Gosling, Alex Rodd, Andy England, Brett Harvey, Aron Struminski.

Elsewhere tomorrow, Western Counties West sides Wellington and Wiveliscombe are also on their travels, away to Honiton and Cullompton, respectively.

Minehead Barbarians, who have four wins from four in Somerset Premier, host Avon.
