TAUNTON Town have confirmed that Rabby Tabu Minzamba has joined Southern League Division One South side Willand Rovers on an initial one month loan.

The young midfielder joined the Peacocks over the summer after impressing during pre-season friendlies.

Despite that, the versatile player has yet to make an appearance after being on the bench for seven of Town’s eight National League South fixtures at the time of his departure.

Head of Football Rob Dray commented: ”It will be good for Rabby to get some game time."

"He has been unlucky with not starting due to the form of our midfielders so getting some regular Southern League football at Willand will be beneficial for his progress.”

And Dray is accurate in what he says as the Peacocks midfield has been paramount in the success during the early stages of the season.

An update on Rabby will come once the initial month long loan is completed.
