TAUNTON Town Football Club chairman and CEO Kevin Sturmey has encouraged the community of Taunton and surrounding areas to come and support the club.
"We are working our socks off here at Taunton Town FC to provide supporters a top quality match day product," he said.
"The more supporters we get the more we can do at this club, so come on down and support your local club. We need all the support we can."
Sturmey added: "Ideally we need over 1,000 fans each home match to keep this club in a sustainable position, and I think we can do this.
"Our fan village is one of the best in the league, we have something on offer for everyone and of course on the pitch, we currently sit in fifth place in the National League South.
"Come on down and help us stay at the top end of the table, myself, the management and the players all appreciate your support!"
Sturmey has also asked locals and current supporters to provide feedback on the matchday experience.
