A Somerset football club is looking for new players to join its disability-friendly section.
Wellington AFC's Ability Counts section, which recently had its annual awards, is seeking new players.
The section is open to juniors aged 11 and above, as well as adults with disabilities and health issues.
The team uses the 3G pitch at Court Fields School for training on Sunday afternoons and also participates in the Somerset Ability Counts League.
At the awards event, all three coaches praised a successful year before announcing the trophy winners.
In the under-16s category, Leo was named Player of the Year, while Lawson took home the Manager's Player of the Year award.
Nathy was recognised as the Most Improved player, and Harley won the Golden Boot.
For the adults, Rob Glover was named Player of the Year, with Gary Corp awarded the Manager's Player of the Year.
Stephen Lethaby was recognised as the Most Improved player, and Bradley White won the Golden Boot.
In the adults' championship, Conor Short was named Player of the Year.
Nathan Bird received the Manager's Player of the Year award, while Jamie Berry and Martin Gadd were jointly recognised as the Most Improved players.
Matt Letherby won the Golden Boot.
The team is currently on a short summer break but will return to Court Fields School on Sunday, September 7, from 2pm to 4pm.
