Young people took centre stage at a football youth leadership day in Wellington recently.
The Wildcats Youth Council at Wellington AFC led the event, which aimed to help participants grow in confidence while learning about football leadership and off-pitch opportunities.
They took on a range of challenges designed to build leadership skills.
Georgia, event lead, said: "It was an amazing day with smiles on many faces.
"I was so proud of the girls in how they led the day after all their effort and time in the planning stage.
“Congratulations to our future leaders - the game is in great hands.”
