Defender Tylor Love-Holmes has joined Taunton Town on a three-month loan deal from National League South side Truro City.
The 21-year-old defender can play across the back line and came through the Plymouth Argyle academy.
He spent time in Millbrook and then at Saltash United where he won manager’s player of the year and outstanding moment award for an overhead kick against St Blazey.
Tylor Love-Holmes joined Truro City in July 2024 after a successful trial and made 20 appearances in the club’s title-winning 2024-25 season.
He has since signed a new contract and is part of Truro’s full-time squad.
Head of Football Lloyd Irish said: “We’re delighted to add Tylor to our squad on loan from Truro, he’s a versatile player that can play in various positions.
“He’s proven at this level having had a loan spell with Plymouth Parkway where he scored 10 goals in nine appearances, including two goals against Taunton at Wordsworth Drive in March 2025.
“We’re carrying a few knocks at the moment so it’s important we not only add some depth to the squad, but also quality.
“Tylor ticks all the boxes.”
He was expected to play for Taunton Town in their away game at Gloucester City on Tuesday (October 13) night, but the game ended up being called off due to a serious accident on the M5 which delayed players, staff and fans getting there.
