THE new Somerset County Sports Sunday League has been officially launched with ten clubs becoming the founder members in 2010.
County Sports proprietor and Taunton St Andrew’s chairman Richard Brice is the league’s chairman.
He will be assisted by three others – David Derrick of Wellington CC as league secretary, Paul Dimond of Taunton St Andrews as treasurer and Andy Clancy of Chard, who will co-ordinate the league results.
Bridgwater, Chard, Minehead, Street and Wembdon will comprise Division A, with North Curry, North Newton, North Petherton, Taunton St Andrew’s and Wellington competing in Division B.
