FOOTBALL: Teenage duo join Exeter City
JAMES Byrne of Bishops Lydeard and Josh Wadham of Norton Fitzwarren have been offered two year football apprenticeships with Exeter City FC, starting this month.
The two 16-year-olds began playing football together with Bishops Lydeard Under-7s.
They will now have at least two years full time training and studying with Exeter City FC in the hope of earning a professional football at the age of 18.
