AFTER their disappointing display in the local derby Minehead will be looking to get back to winning ways at Cutters Friday in the league tomorrow.

Minehead reserves, who drew their mid-table clash with Westonzoyland last Saturday thanks to a superb Michael Hodgson opener, do not have a match this weekend, but host Blagdon Hill on Tuesday evening at 6.30pm in their penultimate game of the season.

Minehead will be running coaches to the Somerset Senior Cup Final being held at Taunton Town’s ground on Saturday, May 3 (7.30pm).

This will be the club’s first appearance in a cup final for 35 seasons, and gives them the opportunity to win a cup they have not previously lifted.

Their opponents are Wells City Reserves, who are pushing hard for promotion from the Somerset County League Division Two (West).

Supporters looking to book their seats are urged to contact club Treasurer Brian Walder, on Minehead 706850 or on email via brian.walder@mineheadafc.co.uk

WATCHET begin their finishing sequence of away fixtures tomorrow with a trip to Ilminster at the early kick off time of 2pm before visiting Langford Rovers next Wednesday (6.45pm).
