A very collectable set of Beatles autographs are to be sold by Lawrences Auctioneers of Crewkerne.
They were discovered by the RSPCA (Somerset) amongst a box of vinyl records upon a programme, c.1964, entitled ‘Life with the Beatles’, which includes information about the band members.
The front of the programme has been signed in ink by the four members of the band, John Lennon, Ringo Starr, George Harrison and Paul McCartney.
Lawrences Auctioneer Simon Jones said, “Complete sets of Beatles signatures are highly sought after by collectors and they should attract a huge amount of interest.”
They will be included in Lawrences Collectors and Sporting Sale on Friday, November 18 and are expected to make £1,000-£2,000 in auction. For further information about this sale, contact Simon Jones on 01460 73041.
