COONEY Roy Beautiful memories. From Jean and family. Ode to Roy He never looked for praise, He was never one to boast. He was always here to help, The ones he loved the most. His dreams were seldom spoken, His wants were very few. He kept his worries to himself, But wanted to know "what's up with you?" He was clever and he was funny, He was a clown if you were down. He was talented and arty, His work's the talk of town. In times of joy or worry, When things were good or bad. We knew he was always there for us, Our lovely, lovely Dad.
