A PROJECT to build a multifunctional youth building has been given £25,000.
Trident Youth & Community Centre, in Galmington Road, Taunton, will use the cash to replace its rundown building with a timber-framed construction with storage, an office, disabled toilets, a shower room, entrance lobby and disabled access.
The grant came from the Veolia Environmental Trust through the Landfill Communities Trust, which distributes tax paid on rubbish which is not recycled, but buried.
