Langport road closed after vehicle hits telegraph pole
THE main route through Langport was closed briefly this morning (October 1) after a collision between a vehicle and a telegraph pole.
The telegraph pole fell down onto the A378 Bow Street, blocking access in both directions near to the Whatley junction.
The incident happened at around 8am and the road was closed for around one hour.
A diversion was in operation.
