LAST Friday, Clyst Hydon Primary School staged its spectacular musical take on Disney’s Pirates of the Caribbean.
Billed as Pirates of the Curry Bean, this production was a delightful blend of music and words together with fantastic costumes, special effects and scenery.
A story of intrigue, laughter and surprise followed that held the audience to the end.
With colourful characters, sparkling songs and a witty script, the show was a undoubtedly a great hit.
Chairman of governors Rebekah Wright said: “It is a whole-school production that brings together children, staff, parents and others of our community and reflects our small school ethos.
“All our children join together in the finale. It really helps to build their confidence.
“I am extremely proud of the achievement of all involved and would like to congratulate and thank everyone that contributed to its success.”
