Houses mean money for St Magaret's Hospice after developer's donation pledge
BISHOP’S Hull-based St Margaret’s Hospice is benefiting from a boom in house sales by Taunton-based Summerfield.
The company has pledged to donate £100 to the hospice for every home it sells in College Gardens, Minehead, this year.
The house developer, assisted by local agent Wilkie, May and Tuckwood, has now handed over a cheque for £2,400 to the charity.
And they’re hoping to sell the remaining 16 homes at College Gardens to boost the overall donation to £4,000.
