KISS FM's popular Rickie and Melvin return to Mambo Taunton to support a charity fundraiser this May Bank Holiday.

In memory of Lloyd Fouracre's 10 year anniversary, Mambo Taunton is showing its support for local charity Stand Against Violence (SAV) with the fundraiser.

Celebrity DJ’s, Rickie & Melvin, from Kiss FM’s long standing breakfast show, will be appearing at Mambo on Sunday, (May 3).

The DJ’s are very fond of the charity, having also held a fundraiser for SAV last year, and couldn’t wait to return to show their continued support.

There will be a donation entrance door charge on the evening, and all proceeds will be donated to SAV.

The party will start on Friday, and continue all through the weekend.

Franchise Development manager, Rob MacDonald said: "‘This is the third year we have supported SAV now and this is obviously a significant year for the charity so we are proud we can do our part to help and promote the work they do and the awareness.

"We support the message that SAV promote and highlight to every member of the public that come in to Mambo the devastating effect that violence can cause and have a zero tolerance in all our venues.

Somerset County Gazette:

"Drinking responsibility is a key factor and we use events like this to promote this and also support the work SAV do in our local community at the same time."
