A PENSIONER who felt lonely and depressed died from an overdose of the prescription drug Temazepam, an inquest in Taunton heard yesterday (Wednesday).
Acting senior West Somerset Coroner concluded that Malcolm Tucker, 89, of Highlands, Taunton, took his own life with the cause a drug overdose.
The court also heard that hospital porter Karl Blackmore, 36, of Scafell Close, Taunton, who worked at Taunton's Musgrove Park Hospital, who was suffering from anxiety and depression took his own life, with the cause of death hanging.
