Traffic delays caused by car on fire at Taunton M5 junction slip road
Delays on the Toneway yesterday morning were caused by a car on fire on the exit slip road from junction 25 of the motorway.
Fire crews were called at 11:46am to the Toneway after multiple reports of a car on fire.
Crews discovered one car well alight on the exit slip road from junction 25 of the motorway.
Crews used two breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet.
The car was fifty per cent damaged by the fire and heat.
