Ladybirds pre school in Lydeard St Lawrence is holding an open day for anyone wanting to know more.
The preschool is for children aged two to reception age and is based in the grounds of the village Primary School.
The open day is being held on Friday May 13 from 9:30am to 11:30am, with tea and cake provided.
A spokesperson for the school said: "We recognise the importance of outdoor learning and embrace our environment.
"We have access to some incredible outdoor spaces.
"Not only do we have our own outside space which houses an amazing mud kitchen and covered veranda but we also have access to the school adventure playground, the fields beyond the school and the village itself.
"The children love making spells, potions and mud pies in our mud kitchen.
"Our field school encourages the children to explore and discover the environment.
"We have a wide range of bikes, scooters, balance bikes and ride on tractors."
