PUNTERS at a town centre pub will be able to listen to an in-house radio station when it opens on Saturday.
The Atlantic Radio Café at the Winchester Arms, on Castle Green has undergone extensive works over the past month.
The radio station will broadcast from a raised platform behind a glazed screen as visitors enjoy a drink or a meal.
Brett Orchard, of owners Red Leisure Ltd, told the County Gazette last month that a second studio was being built in the upstairs function room, while there would also be eight bedrooms to rent out.
He said: "we are confident the Atlantic Radio Café offers something completely different in the town.
"If you’re looking for a venue with a great atmosphere, where you’re guaranteed to be the centre of attention, the party starts here on Saturday."
