TAUNTON School swimming pool was the location for local club Water Babies to raise money for this year's Tommy's Splashathon.
Last year, Water Babies raised £54,000 nationally for the Tommy Appeal.
Stephanie Girard, who runs Taunton Water Babies said: "2006 was the first time we'd been involved in Tommy's Splashathon and we're really glad we decided to participate.
"Not only did we manage to raise over £1,600 locally, but we're just so delighted to be supporting the incredibly important work the charity - and the event was so much fun."
