PEOPLE can get their gardening equipment marked next weekend during special sessions in Taunton.
Avon and Somerset Police representatives will be at Bishop's Hull Church Hall on Saturday, May 6, between 10am and noon and from 1pm until 3pm.
People can bring gardening equipment - such as mowers, blowers, generators and strimmers - for marking on the day, free of charge.
Bicycles will also be security etched and a record provided for entering onto the appropriate police website should it ever be recovered by officers after being stolen.
Although the service is free, donations will be welcome for the new village hall appeal.
Please note, the marking is only for gardening equipment and bicycles.
