TAUNTON'S Longrun Meadow will once again spring into life with a burst of bubbles at a fundraising event in aid of St Margaret's Hospice.
Hundreds of runners, skippers, walkers and cartwheelers will tackle to 5k challenge in the second bubble rush sponsored by Gibbins Richards on Sunday, July 9.
Participants will get covered in colourful bubbles as they head through the course of four stations with high-powered canons blowing out 30 cubic metres of froth a minute and a team of bubble commandos ensuring everyone gets covered from hand to foot.
Sonia Bateman, of St Margaret's events team, said: "Last year's bubble rush was such an amazing success, we can't wait to do it all again this year.
"We are always so humbled by the support we receive from the local community at our events and the money raised in sponsorship goes directly to helping patients and their families facing a life-limiting illness."
Book your place via www.st-margarets-hospice.org.uk - tickets are £25 per adult and £15 for children, and include a T-shirt, goody bag and medal.
