EMERGENCY services called to reports of a road traffic collision spent "some time" locating the incident.
Firefighters and police worked together after the call out to Cutcombe Hill, Wheddon Cross, near Minehead, at 11.23pm yesterday (Friday).
A Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: "After some time searching the area with a thermal imaging camera, crews found the vehicle had left the roadway and had gone approximately 15 metres down an embankment.
"All persons were free and clear of the incident.
"Crews made the vehicle safe and the two occupants were dealt with by police."
