See which Taunton town centre store is closing this month
A SHOE shop in Taunton is closing its doors.
Jones Bootmaker, on North Street, has announced it will be closing on August 12.
The shop has a sign in its window informing its customers that the shop will soon be closing.
The sign reads: "We regret to inform you that the store will be closed as of August 12.
"The staff would like to thank all those who have shopped with us in the past.
"We appreciate your support."
Jones Bootmaker was established in 1857 and has around 70 branches throughout the UK.
The reason for the closure is not currently known.
